How can I place an order?

3. Add the selected items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button, then click "Checkout" at the next page.
4. At the checkout page, enter your shipping information and select your preferred payment method.
5. Review your order summary, click "Pay now" and wait for your order to arrive!

How can I cancel an order?

As all our products are made to order and tailored to your preferences (size, color, add-ons, etc.), we cannot accommodate order cancellations.

Kindly review and confirm all selections before completing your purchase.

How do I make changes to an ongoing order?

We are unable to modify selections once an order has been placed.

If your order has not entered the production phase (may start as early as the same day of your order, but may vary), you may reach out to us to inquire about the possibility of adjustments.

While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request if timing permits.

When can I expect my order?

Our standard turnaround time is typically 5-19 days.

In instances of a huge volume of orders, some may extend up to 3 weeks; (rest assured you'll be notified if your order falls within this category).

For rush order requests, kindly contact us prior to placing your order, and applicable fees may apply.

Can I replace my order for a different size / colour?

All items are made to order, tailored to meet your specific preferences in terms of size, color, and more. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, wanting to change the colour, etc.

In the rare instance of an oversight resulting in a damaged item, we gladly accept returns, refund, or exchange, and will promptly address the issue.
