Shipping policy

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

If you reside outside Winnipeg, you are able to choose your delivery carrier during check-out. Information about shipping will also be displayed there. You are responsible for shipping fees.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE (WINNIPEG ONLY)

TUES / THURS: 4PM - 8PM

SAT: 9AM - 5PM

FREE delivery for orders above $99 and orders within the Regent area. Otherwise, there is a $6.00 flat rate fee for deliveries anywhere else in Winnipeg.

Your package will arrive anytime between the given timeframe of YOUR selected day. Please be available to receive the parcel.

We will contact you once we arrive. If you are unable to receive the package in person, we will leave your order at your doorstep and provide proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items so we highly recommend being available during your chosen delivery day. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes.

PICK-UP SCHEDULE

MON - SAT: 10AM - 8PM

SUN: 1PM - 6PM

We will let you know once your order is ready for pickup and you can choose any pick-up time. Please let us know when you are planning to arrive. Pick-up location will be in the Regent area. Exact address will be provided to you once your order is ready.

Our pick-up times are flexible. If none of the given times work for you, please don't hesitate to email or contact us through our socials.
